An international financial services professional with 18 years’ experience with private equity funds and private wealth management portfolios, he spent more than 15 years of his career at Merril Lynch Bank and Trust (Cayman) Ltd. where he served as the Managing Director, MLRO and Corporate Secretary for its Cayman Islands Class A Bank and Trust Company and its subsidiaries.
Paul Parker is a founder of Parker Pineda & Associates and Paul heads up the Corporate Finance practice. Paul has over fifteen years’ experience in finance transactions. Paul originally worked in London at City firm Ashursts before moving to Maples and Calder in the Cayman Islands.
Mark Beckford has over 18 years’ experience in legal advisory services both in public and private sectors in the Cayman Islands. Mark is a graduate of the University of Liverpool, United Kingdom and also holds a legal practice certificate from the University of Belfast, Ireland. He qualified as an attorney-at-law in the Cayman Islands in 2003 after completing his articles of clerkship with the law firm Appleby, Cayman Islands.
Robert Mack joined HSM as the Head of Private Client and Trusts, having previously worked at large global offshore law firms in the Cayman Islands. He specialises in private and commercial trusts, and advises high net worth families and trust companies.
